This page explains how to request deletion of your Driving Theory Pro account and the personal data associated with it.
How to Delete Your Account (In-App)
- Open the Driving Theory Pro app and log in to your account.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to the Account section.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
Request Deletion Without the App
If you no longer have the app installed but still want your account deleted, you can request deletion by emailing us. Please include the email address associated with your account so we can verify and process your request.

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days.
What Data Is Deleted
- Your account profile, including email address and login credentials
- Your quiz progress, saved answers, and activity history
- Your Premium purchase association with your account (see note below)
What Data May Be Retained
- Purchase and transaction records: retained as required for financial, tax, and accounting compliance, even after account deletion.
- Aggregated or anonymised analytics data: that no longer identifies you personally may be retained to help us understand app usage and performance.
Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel or refund an active purchase. If you have a Premium purchase and need help with billing, please contact us separately using the email above.
